We offer routine vaccinations for cats, dogs and rabbits, as well as an annual healthcare package for cats and dogs.
We recommend a C5 vaccination for dogs. This protects against canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine hepatitis, canine parainfluenza and Bordetella bronchiseptica (kennel cough).
Cats require annual vaccinations to help prevent disease. Cats are most commonly vaccinated against feline panleukopaenia, feline calicivirus, feline herpesvirus, feline leukaemia virus (FeLV) and feline chlamydia.
Currently there is a countrywide shortage of cat vaccines - chat to our team to find out more.
We also have the vaccination for rabbits FILAVAC VHD K C+V, which is given annually. It is given to reduce mortality due to rabbit haemorrhagic disease caused by classical (RHDV1) and type 2 (RHDV2) virus strains.
We offer an extensive range of surgical procedures including routine desexing, mass removals, emergency operations and other soft tissue surgeries.
We provide free dental checks so that you can monitor your pet's oral hygiene. We perform routine scale and polishes to prevent dental disease, as well as more complex extractions and dental work.
Our in-house laboratory equipment includes current technology blood and urine analysers, as well as a digital microscope, which enables us to provide a comprehensive variety of diagnostics and cytology on site.
We also partner with external labs and pathologists to conduct more extensive pathology where indicated.
Through the use of our new technology digital x-ray machine, we can look at bone structures and soft tissue abnormalities. X-rays can aid in diagnosing fractures, osteoarthritis, cancers, heart enlargement, bladder stones and many other common diseases.
If you need advice or care for your pet, don't hesitate to contact us by phone or book an appointment online.
